When Should I Pay?
If you have insurance, you are given an estimated amount we expect to receive from insurance; the balance is then your responsibility and should be paid at the time of service. Once insurance is received, we will know your true balance. We are unable to give you the exact amount because all the insurance companies have different allowable fees which change regularly.

If you are a patient without insurance, you are expected to pay for services at the time of your appointment unless you have specifically made previous payment arrangements.

Do you accept payment arrangements?
For all routine visits payment is expected at the time of service. For more extensive work payment arrangements can be made up for up to three months through our financial coordinator, and/or we participate with CareCredit (a healthcare credit card with zero initial interest).

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We always welcome new patients and are usually able to schedule your first visit within 30 days of your call. Most of our new patients come from the referrals of our existing patient family.

When a new family that you have referred is seen in our practice, you will receive a $20.00 credit on your account.

Do you treat children?
Yes! Children are a large part of our practice. We recommend the initial visit at three years old, but you can bring them in sooner if there are any concerns or questions. During your three year old’s first visit we will only perform procedures within your child’s comfort zone. This may be an exam on mom or dad’s lap or even standing up. Our goal is that by five years old your child will build up to the exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment and radiographs with gradual positive experiences every six months.

Do you do cosmetic dentistry?
Yes. All of our dentistry is customized to the individual’s cosmetic needs.

We do Veneers, Ceramic Crowns and ‘White’ fillings all to fit the patient’s natural smile and tooth color. For those who want to change their natural tooth color we have several tooth whitening options available.
